We source and supply natural rubber products pre-dominantly from Vietnam, Cambodia, Ivory Coast and other West African countries. The products supplied are various qualities of Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Ribbed Smoke Sheets (RSS) and Cup lumps, In each of the countries from where we supply, we have our own sourcing operational setups with team members based in these countries. The supply chain structures help in controlling the supply chains from origin countries to the final customers. This ensures traceability and provides a big support to ensure implementation of EUDR regulations coming into force.

TSR is manufactured from cup lumps through a process of shredding, cleaning, oven treatment and block making. The main grades of TSR are TSR 5, TSR 10, TSR 20 and TSR Compound. It is graded on parameters such as dirt content, ash content, volatile matter, color, and viscosity. It is primarily used in production of tires.

RSS is natural rubber made from the latex of rubber tree by passing through a process that involves processing latex, sheeting, drying, smoking, and grading. Smoking process gives the RSS the light brown color. The various grades of RSS are RSS1, RSS2, RSS3, RSS4, RSS5 and have strong abrasion resistance, flexibility and tensile strength. It is used in industries such as tires, automative, conveyor belts, rubber hoses, foot wear, medical & pharma industries.

Cup Lumps are coagulated latex which is primarily used for manufacturing Technically Specified Rubber (TSR). The important quality parameter for rubber is its Dry Rubber Content (DRC). The cup lumps need to be well dried before shipment. Cup lumps are normally sourced from West Africa.
